You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the Earn More Points on the menu.

When you login to your HH account, your tier should be listed on the top right-hand corner of your account page.
Loyalty tiers are based on your spending in the past 365 days. Your tier is adjusted flexibly to match your spend in the past year with the correct tier level. This means that your tier could change dynamically depending on when you placed orders with us. If you believe that you are in the wrong tier, please reach out to us and we’d be happy to look into it with you!
When your friend signs up through our link, they will receive a discount on their first purchase and, depending on how much they spend, you could receive points too!
You can redeem your reward points when checking out on our site. Simply use the slider to apply as many points as you would like to that purchase. If you aren't seeing this option, make sure you're logged in to your account and you have a minimum of 100 points.
If you're checking out on mobile, make sure to click on "Show order summary" which will expand the checkout options and allow you to redeem points or enter a gift card/ discount code.

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
For domestic shipping, we offer USPS (free for orders $20 USD and over and priority shipping) and FedEx. For international shipping, we offer Passport and FedEx. FedEx offers the quickest and most expensive shipping methods, whereas USPS and Passport offer either free or priority shipping, which is still cheaper than FedEx but also takes more time. The best way to examine the different options is to proceed to the checkout window on the website. At that point, based on the weight of your items and your shipping address, you will be presented with a variety of shipping choices. You will see the shipping speed estimates for the different prices.

Yes! We ship globally so as long as there is a working postal system in your country, we will ship to you. :)

Most countries charge fees on imported goods that they call customs or duty fees. These fees vary country-to-country and are calculated from the weight and size of the package. Most countries don’t charge this tax on every package being shipped across the border- just those that they can tell are imported goods from abroad. Packages that are larger are more likely to be taxed but in each case, it's sort of a gamble whether or not that particular package will be stopped, inspected, and taxed in customs. For this reason, we are not able to guarantee whether or not you will be charged a customs fee or provide a specific estimate about how much this fee will be. That said, we do recommend checking out this Duty Calculator which has information about customs laws and fee structures for many countries around the world. As a reminder, Haute Hijab is not responsible for any customs or duty fees charged.
You can return any products purchased within 30 days as long as they are unwashed and unworn. For domestic returns, we can supply you with a pre-paid return label if you head to our returns page here. We charge a $5 return fee to cover the cost of shipping and restocking the merchandise that will be deducted from your refund. However, if you choose to exchange the items instead of receiving a refund, we will waive this $5 fee! Just make sure to complete the exchange during your return process on our returns page.
Yes, you can select the Gift Wrap option by checking the designated box at the beginning of checkout. You have the option to add a gift message as well.
We offer hijabs in three different sizes: Squares, Rectangles, and Maxi.
To simplify your shopping experience, Viscose Woven Hijabs and Modal Maxi Hijabs have been combined into one category, Woven Hijabs. Select colors in this collection are offered in both Regular and Maxi sizes.
Yes, to make room for new collections, we have discontinued our silk chiffon and georgette hijabs, although we still offer printed silk options in our Heritage Collection.
